Talentis Group is a Hungarian Property developer holding with proven track record including a number of large scale commercial and residential projects in the past 15 years. The group launched its 5000 hectare 20 year regional development programme called Talentis in year 2000.
The development area is located 25 kilometres from Budapest City Center along highway M1. Every single project is being realized via SPVs whereas all project management activity is being done by a designated management company within the group. The planned and ongoing projects offer excellent investment opportunities and are profitable enterprises. The estimated value of all Talentis Project amounts to EUR 12 Billion.
Talentis Group is aiming to realize an unprecedented development in Central and Eastern Europe by creating a regional knowledge park: the utilisation of Hungarian intellectual property and the economic exploitation of knowledge capital. As a result of Talentis Programme, a knowledge centre is to be developed in the Zsámbék Basin that can compete with the intellectual centres of the world, and helps the work of those companies that build their future on world-class research results, highly-qualified labour and the application of quick knowledge transfer.
