INDOTEK Group are in major Hungarian ownership, dealing with property investment, development and asset management. Our portfolio consist of long term leased properties with good covenants and excellent locations, mostly in category B, as well as promising development plots. INDOTEK Group’s divisions serve different business purposes and functions, but strategic supervision over approx. 150 project companies is managed by INDOTEK Plc.
In-Construction Ltd perform all preparation works of our two enormous mixed-use developments planned start in 2010/11, furthermore it is specialized in technical control, construction management and engeneering tasks. We also carry out property developments on contract base for our clients.
In-Management Ltd deal with asset/property/facility management of our own and foreign properties.. Some category A, mostly category B office buildings, warehouses, industial areas, commercial properties or sites for built-to-suit solutions are forming the portfolio. Our company is market leader in this field, the number of own properties exceeds 40 with a total GLA of approx. 500,000 sqm.
We have an own internal maintenance company, AMD Services Ltd, to carry out general and technical maintenance tasks related to the properties, completing the professional team providing full operational and project management. This division also holds a significant number of external clients.
