Horizon Development
Horizon Development is a company created by three professionals with real estate development, project management and design backgrounds.
Stefan Günster previously worked for Bayerische Hausbau AG Budapest, Hungary, developing first class office, retail and residential projects.
Attila Kovács, founder of the DVM Group in Hungary, built a team of 25 people to provide top flight project management, design and construction services to commercial developers and occupiers.
Balázs Czár, partner in DVM Group has spent his career delivering project management and construction services for DVM’s clients.
In 2006, these three already owned a number of strategic plots in Budapest individually; they set up Horizon Development in order to create a long-term partnership for developing both these sites and other projects. As they already had a number of very successful developments behind them (Roosevelt Office Building, MOM Park, Anjous residence, Marczibányi Sport Center, Eiffel square), they had no doubts about beginning a new one at one of the best locations on Váci út, Budapest’s business and commercial corridor.
