Founded in 1986, Griff Gentlemen’s became one a of the leading man fashion retailers in Hungary. Parallelly to the retail activity, the company established investment company called Grinvest Property Investment, which has carried out several real estate developments including retail shops, a department store at Budapest West End, condominiums and family houses.
Through these projects Grinvest has built an excellent relationship with companies related to the realization of these projects e.g. financing banks, architects, general contractors, project managers, international real estate advisors. Currently there are several projects in the preparation phase.
The leaders of the project are professionals in business life with decades of experience. Throughout these years they were establishing retail chains, building shopping centres and condominiums. The total value of these investments is more than 80.000 m2 and 55 Million EUR.
