From the French Riviera to the imperial

Budapest Business Region (BBR) participated at Real Vienna on the Budapest stand for the first time. Among the stands varying in size and quality Budapest’s exhibition space had a considerable size. On 24 May the event on the Budapest stand was provided by BBR.

This year was the first time that BBR attended the real estate expo of Vienna to create meeting points by increasing the capital’s participation’ levels with a stand programme. Beside the cluster some of its members eg. WING Zrt and B & V Group also took part as exhibitors at the fair.  BBR’s wine and palinka tasting party called "Vienna - B 'my guest” was opened at 4 pm by Mr. Gergely Orbán, cluster manager.

Since 2008 the csope of activities of BBR followed each other in different phases. Following the European model BBR was an initiative in creating a dynamic business location brand. Later it roled a strong catalyst in branding. Currently BBR as a partner of the capital contributes to the competitive presentation of the region on business forums by applying its accumulated experience in the field.

As a partner of Budapest BBR brings actors together from the region. Its mission is to gain international reputation for Budapest region's business location brand.

The opening ceremony was followed by a pleasant wine and palinka tasting, in which exhibitors of the Budapest stand, Hungarian and international guests and the press took part. The event was honoured by the presence of Bagdy Gabor, Deputy Mayor of Budapest and the Budapest City Hall delegation as well.

Continuing the "tradition" BBR is organising its following international networking event for the 5th of October at Expo Real in Munich with the title Munich – B’ my guest. Let's meet in Munich in October 2011 as well!
