Colliers International joined Budapest Research Forum

Budapest Business Region member Colliers International and Eston International commercial real estate agencies accepted Budapest Research Forum’s membership request – reported iroda.hu.
From Monday BRF includes: CB Richard Ellis, Colliers International, Cushman & Wakefield, DTZ, Eston International, GVA Robertson, Jones Lang LaSalle and King Sturge.
According to insiders the new members’ join was about time, because the market players of Budapest have already required the trimestrial datas of the office and real estate market from a unified forum. As far as they concerned with such a cooperation false information leakage can be avoided and using the best methods BRF can be the only trustable property forum which analyzes the property market trends of Budapest.
