Last weekend Mr. Gergely Orbán, cluster manager of the Budapest Business Region gave a lecture on business destination branding, clusters and property related marketing-communication campaigns as invited lecturer on the postgraduate property course of RICS Hungary and the Budapest University of Technologies and Economics (BME).
RICS and BME started their joint postgraduate property course in 1994, where students can learn everything about the property business, from property assessment to its legal environment. The tutors are the leading teachers of BME and the main experts and authorities of the property business.
BBR as the integrator of the leading property market players of the Budapest Region was a good casework for the presentation of the marketing side of the property business. Besides destination branding, cluster-management and general information about BBR, the caseworks of the exhibiton campaigns, like the annual apperances on Expo Real and MIPIM, the applied tools of marketing-communication and creative, alternative solutions have been made interesting the presentation.
