INVESTMENT FORUM FROM HUNGARY IN EXPO REAL

On the first day of the Real Estate Expo in Munich a special panel discussion dealt with the possibilities offered by the Hungarian market. An exciting debate was formed at the professional forum about the status of Hungary moderated by Nandor Master, leading journalist of HVG Online, but the fact is that Hungary currently holds less interest than its competitors in Central Europe. At the panel, Noah Steinberg, CEO of WING, Martin Schaffer, Managing Director of Kohl & Partner, Dr. Karsten Junius, the representative of Dekabank-Deutche Girozentrale and Dieter Bulinger, the representative of Spar European Shopping Centers attended.


The speakers agreed that the Hungarian real estate market, though slow, but visibly growing. This was confirmed in the context of likely developments in macroeconomic indicators, however, they drew attention to disparities in certain segments of economy.

In addition to this, all participants welcomed the results of municipal elections, and the favorable environment it created for cooperation.
