The renovation of the office building of B & V Group Hungaria has been completed

Thököly Boulevard is near completion and at the same time B & V Group opened its headquarrters in Hungaria Business Center at the corner of Thököly and Hungária Boulevard which underwent complete renovation and modernization.
During the reconstruction of the building, which was built in 1992, its façade, courtyard, entrance, staircase and even the office space had been renewed. The mechanical engineering, the heating and the air conditioning system of the building was also renewed and a new cafeteria was constructed on the 5th floor of the building. Melinda Smith, CEO of the B & V Group Inc. said, that the aim of the reconstruction was to create a technically and an aesthetically acceptable building, which is at an A level that can be rented out at B level prices for everyone in the future. During this work not only the office building, but its immediate surroundings were completely renewed.
