Innovation in the exhibition are- EXPO REAL stand conception 2010

22, September 2010

The conception of BBR 2010 EXPO REAL stand was designed based on three dominant parameters. One of the key features is the characteristics of the stand (size and in-line feature), the second is the current head-line and the third is a message by the exhibitors, especially defined by the City of Budapest. The existence of the mandatory elements at the exhibition are at skill level by now, which is considered the default specification.

The expectations toward the functions of the booth have not changed compare to previous exhibitions: an attractive appearance in the visually highly competitive environment, good clarity, and the functionality of presentations, roundtables, and coctail events.

During the design period it was possible to preserve as much open space as possible, to minimize stress on the stand. Expecting events with a greater number of participants mobile iPad racks were placed in the front area, which can be moved if needed.

The stand has a rounded shape as an aesthetic basis, intended to break the rectangular frames, with the preservation of contiguous decor surfaces. The largest of these surfaces pose in the background with grahpics illustrating the location of Hungary and BBR, which fits into the graphics of the stand and current massages.

The overall image shows a clean stand, simple in its shapes and colors, but not bleak or austere. The vector line-graphics and the use of restrained dual-tone colors continues the modern elegance of the former stands. The dominant message in the background communicates Hungary's unique geographical position, the importance and regional location of BBR, as well as its relationship to defining corridors in Europe.
