In the same week when the current mayor of Budapest, Gábor DEMSZKY, just gave his farewell speech, the possible winner mayor candidate of Fidesz-KDNP unvailed his programme and his administrative staff.
In response to questions about the city's development, István TARLÓS said that if finances enables them, the plans will proceed on various projects. In order to obtain stable financial conditions, city development projects will be tackled differently with more oversight.
The main elements of the campaign starting on 10th September are education, culture and youth politics. Mr TARLÓS also added that in case of being elected, the deputy mayor will be Mr István GYÖRGY. Reacting to a sensitive issue that thematized the past decade, Mr TARLÓS stated that the metro 4 project is in an irreversible phase therefore the Fidesz- KDNP alliance will make all possible efforts in order to complete it.
