The online database of development projects in Budapest shall be available after the opening of the 2010 MIPIM in Cannes. Studio Metropolitana Nkft. launched www.budapestprojects.com site at the beginning of March.
www.budapestprojects.com features a comprehensive project map and database of real estate development projects in Budapest. The site is available in English and Hungarian, and is meant for developers and potential business partners. The site lists all officially announced private, local and government development plans, and is refreshed and updated regularly.
The purpose of the new website is to satisfy investors’ growing demand for information on development projects, and offer a comprehensive overview of all development activities in and around Budapest – including project plans, approved developments, development sites and completed developments. The website is expected to be popular with both Hungarian and international investors and industry stakeholders.
The website features an interactive map and a keyword-searchable database, useful for all stakeholders who participate or wish to participate in any development project (e.g. developers, suppliers, end users, local governments, NGOs).
The database of budapestprojects.com, prepared by Studio Metropolitana City Development Workshop, is continuously growing, and its interactive pages await new project owners and interested visitors.
