Busy days expected at the Budapest Stand in Cannes
Mayor of Budapest Mr. Demszky Gábor shall inaugurate on 16 March the Hungarian stand at MIPIM 2010 in Cannes. After the ceremony, a round-table talk and discussion forum about the Danube Strategy and related development opportunities in Hungary are scheduled to take place.
As in earlier years, Hungary will be represented at the world's largest real estate development expo, fair and conference by a common group of exhibitors. Key development projects in Budapest shall be presented, and Budapest Business Region Cluster shall organize business meetings, round-table discussions and project presentations. During the three days of the event, the main focus shall be on topics related to turning Budapest into a European metropolis, and the development outlook for Budapest in the next 10 years.
At the Hungarian stand in Cannes, exhibitors shall hold presentations about key regional development plans, and organize round-table discussions about the future of the region, and changes to the real estate development sector in Hungary. The three-day expo shall be attended by Hungary’s Chief Architect Mr. Fegyverneky Sándor, Deputy Mayor of Budapest Mr. Ikvai-Szabó Imre, and Chairman of the City Development Commission of Budapest Mr. Ughy Attila.
