Szilas Creek Park
The project is located in District 15 in Budapest. The public transportation is excellent between the town centre and the project site. Our aim is to make this part of Budapest more attractive to live and work in.
The project site is next to the river Szilas. In our plans we use the river to create a little lake and a park with running tracks and a lot of sidewalks in it. Motorway M3 is relatively close to the project site on which one can reach the heart of Budapest within 30 minutes. This is the perfect solution for young couples, singles, couples with children and the elderly alike.
The total buildable area is about 140,000 sqm. The whole project -on a 94,000 sqm large plot- can give space to sport, 1,500 flats (90,000 sqm), shops (20,000 sqm), education (10,000 sqm), and services (20,000 sqm).

Csepel Sport Park
The project is located in District 21 of Budapest, which is an undiscovered part of the Hungarian capital. It can give a new city centre of this district and a possible site for the Olympic Games. This development can be very important to the local community and to the Hungarian sport as well.
The total buildable area is about 250,000 sqm. The whole complex -on a 94,000 sqm large plot- can give space to sport (55,000 sqm), 1,500 flats (90,000.sqm), offices (30,000 sqm), surgery and ambulance (10,000 sqm), hotels (30,000 sqm) and retirement home (35,000 sqm).
Lots of entrepreneurs –mainly sport companies- indicated their intensions to rent or buy offices or shops in the development. Furthermore, at present, eleven sport clubs work in this sport facility and they also support the project.
We are looking for a co-investor partner or a possible buyer.

In this project our company is holding and partially constructing 45 attics of residential houses in the 6th District in Budapest. We have already accomplished the development of two attics. The total buildable floor area is 43,000 sqm, and this facilitates the development of 500 flats.
