EKIK - First Real Estate Solution of Kecskemét Region

In 2008, Daimler AG signed a cooperation agreement with the Hungarian Government for the construction of a new Mercedes-Benz plant thereby commencing the largest development in the history of Kecskemet and the region.

In addition to the construction of the new plant, a number of related suppliers will also settle in Kecskemet in the near future. Some of them will be hosted at the Mercedes-Benz plant area, while many of them are seeking to locate in the surrounding area. Considering the requirements of these suppliers and the needs of local enterprises, we established the brand First Real Estate Solution of Kecskemet Region to supply a full range of professional services with a special focus on the field of real estate development and logistics.

Our mission is to locate the potential development areas and existing facilities and to manage and support enterprises and suppliers all the way from the investment decision making phase right through to their daily operations.

The founders and co-operating partners of the consortium are professionals and enterprises with remarkable track records and experience of working within teams from previous successful co-operations.

This background guarantees optimal cost structure, transparent and sustainable operation and not least, mutual benefit for our partners and customers.
